Paintbox ran successfully in San Francisco under the direction of Nicki Harris and is now in Rochester NY!
Paintbox Kids Art Center at 3122 Monroe Ave (entire upper level) offers 2 Hr Drop-In Sessions you reserve online where you come with your kids to have fun and create, or just breathe. There are also Drop off classes for many ages and of course…Birthday parties. Our Rochester location features a fully open floor plan with play on one side and Art on the other. Currently we do not have our chair lift installed at our second entrance so we are not wheelchair or stroller accessible, as there is a single flight of carpeted stairs leading up to the main space. But we will keep you updated on this.
For parents and caretakers who want to try something different than the library or museum that is the extremely affordable, Paintbox is a great place to start. Each week the activities will shift with new things brought out. You can relax and enjoy the vibes at Paintbox! Storytime is Wed + Thurs mornings at 11am. Our facility is shoes off and nut free; you are welcome to bring your coffees.
