Paintbox has Reservations online for all 2 Hr Drop-In slots for Play and Art in order to keep it from getting too crowded for you all and to manage Craft Supplies. My open hours are by Reservation only, but usually I’m open Wed-Sat for Drop-In with one Tuesday a month as well. Birthdays happen after Drop-In hours Saturdays and back to back on Sundays. Paintbox is always closed on Mondays.
🌺SPRING AT PAINTBOX! All Drop-In slots where Adults attend WITH their children are for 2 hrs and include play in the space AND art that is set up as DIY that children may do at their leisure or with Teacher help as well as Teacher led projects often offered. Paintbox is priced so art can be optional. I have some DROP-OFF classes you can find out more about in the Reservation page. The lay out of Paintbox is designed and suggested for Infants to Kids age 9/10sh or for kids who love sensory play including the Drop-In, Drop-off Classes, Birthday Parties. Families help tidy up toys they played with in the Gated Play Area when leaving. I do not need help cleaning up the Art side or sensory area (but thank you). Paintbox is fully shoes off. The bathroom is cleaned every 30 minutes (proudly the cleanest bathroom on Monroe Ave you’d better believe).
🌺FOOD: You may bring a nut free snack from home and eat in our food area, or we have light snacks for sale up front. Lidded Drinks are allowed in the entire space but please for the love of Strawberry pancakes do not leave your Starbucks unattended as our little friends WILL find them (they are so talented). I have free clementines OR crackers for all Drop-In Kids in the food area; please enjoy! If attending storytime I do pass out a snack to all children. Please also note that for Birthdays and celebrations we have private party rentals as we do not allow parties during regular Drop-In hours in respect to our fellow families. I have several regular attending children with severe food allergies so thank you for understanding. My Private Birthdays are fantastic and you can read about them further down on this page :) For Birthday Party food you can bring whatever kind of cake/snacks/pizza you like. If you are coming for Drop-In and it is your child’s birthday DO let me know as I have something special for them to take home.
🌺COST: Cost is $11 per child ( includes art) with one Under 2 free per one paying child, 2 Adults free per family/group (space is limited for capacity thank you for understanding)
🌺 HOW DO I BOOK ONLINE: There is an open number of slots per every 2 hr session; select how many kids for whatever time you want. Kids Under 2 will count as 1 slot when alone, but one is free per one paying child so if you have a 1 yr old and 4 yr old, just book 1 slot and bring the baby for free (we account for them, no need to let us know ahead). Refunds for Drop-Ins are given if you cancel through your confirmation email up to an hour before. If you cancel less than one hour you will receive credit which you email us to book for you within 14 days (credit lasts for 14 days). If you cancel a Drop-In more than an hour ahead your card is automatically refunded. You can easily reschedule through this email as well. No-shows are not refunded. 🌺HOW IS IT PRICED SO LOW?: My prices are so EVERYONE can afford to come. Clearly I am doing something right, as Paintbox is thriving. And it’s thanks to my Paintbox families.

(Sept+) $375 -$400 Private 2 hr Birthday Parties for Bday Kids up to age 9! Up to 25 Kids, including walking infants/toddlers in that number with 40 guests total (including Adults + all Children) Now booking May at the $375 rate! Summer Birthdays open Jan 15th (Summer Bdays are $400 and we have fantastic Air conditioning, Fall/Winter/Spring Birthdays are $375)
There is no Waitlist for May-August; when someone cancels a date will open up automatically online. Families book incredibly early, so it is recommended to book 3-5 months in advance (as crazy as it sounds). There are currently many great Summer spots but they are booking steadily so be sure to grab your ideal date soon.
Paintbox parties are totally epic as well as affordable. Birthdays at Paintbox are for toddlers up to kids turning 9. Most kids that book a birthday are between the age of 3-7. If you can’t find a date with me may I recommend Goldfish Pittsford or DK Dance Studio in Webster for an affordable and fun birthday party :) If you have any special questions AFTER reading the description/information for the 2hr party in the Reservation Page and the info below, just email Teacher Nicki directly at paintbox107@gmail.com
Once you book your birthday, Nicki will send you the Big Party Info Email which includes the Theme and Craft list as well as all of the details. For the 2 hr Party your deposit will be refunded if you need to cancel 2 weeks ahead of your date and kept if you cancel less than 2 weeks before your party . Tips are appreciated but not mandatory! You receive an invoice for the rest of your party a week ahead with 2 reminders that is due the day before your booked date, and your party must be paid in full before your event. Please bring your food and necessary items and cutlery for eating as well as paper cups for our water dispenser. We decorate in the Theme you choose from our wonderful list, and you choose 1 of 3 craft choices we offer that we then match the theme to (the crafts offered work for kids age 2-9). Most people get Pizza delivered and bring cupcakes. We set up table clothes for you and again, you don’t bring decorations as we provide them matching your theme to make it easy for you. You must request if wanting to bring additional decorations ahead of time. We cannot have pinatas, but we CAN have lit candles. We keep your gifts safe to take home to open so they are not lost, as we do not open gifts at parties. We allow any kind of food you want to bring and do NOT require bakery-only food - > only alcohol is not allowed on the premise at any time in any form. Curtis the trained Rooster can come to your party if you request him ;) There is also a lot of parking available all around our building! Parties here are T-H-E B-E-S-T!
